Probugs specialise in offering vacuum-packed reptile food without the hassle of live insects. They're vacuum sealed to preserve nutrients, moisture and flavour and are just as nutritious as live foods but preserved for convenience.
We offer a range of organically farmed insects including the more common mealworms, super worms, black soldier fly larvae & dubia roaches as well as some more unique feeder insects such as riceworm and (without the risk of injury to your animal) scorpions and centipedes.
Sealed, each pouch has an 18 month shelf life at room temperature. Opened, each pouch is good for 5 days in the refrigerator.
Black Soldier Fly Larvae/Calciworms Hermetia illucens are a very popular feeder insect; low in fat and very high in calcium, naturally containing 23 to 61 times more calcium than other popular feeder insects. High In Protein and Calcium which Strengthen Bone Structure and avoid illness such as MBD.
